After you register, you will receive a link via email to the address you used when you registered. Click that link to verify your account and email address for authenticity.
Once you have clicked (or copy/pasted the link in your browser), you will automatically be taken to your dashboard on Insyt.
Should you not have gotten an email, then please make sure to check your spam/junk folder.
I am not receiving the verification email
- Double-check that you've entered or registered the correct email address. Click here to view the email you used (right under your profile picture) or go straight to your Account to change any details.
- Check your email's spam or Promotions (for Gmail) folders. If you found the email in these folders, mark them as "not spam" to make sure you receive future emails in your inbox.
- Head to 'My Account' to 'Resend a Verification Link'.
- The verification link we email you will remain active for 72 hours. If it has expired, click the 'Resend Verification Link' button and we'll get a fresh link to you.
- If you have requested multiple verification emails, please ensure you are viewing the most recent.
